Recap: Mileage week. Battling an ankle/calf issue that made me hold off on anything hard. The plan is to bump up slightly with mileage again and keep everything easy to allow the ankle/calf to continue healing. If midweek things feel fine, I will add in something of substance. Another just mileage week would still leave 8 weeks for more specific harder workouts. I feel fit right now so it shouldn't take too many weeks to get marathon ready. The shorter time frame might be for the better and keep me from over doing anything!
