Recap: Tired feeling week but still solid and I felt good on the Sunday long run so maybe I'm passed the tiredness. Sunday marked my 500th straight day of running without missing a day. In that 500 day stretch I have totaled 5813miles which averages to roughly 11.6miles a day and 81.3miles a week for well over a year+ of running. Time to race next weekend, should be a nice tuneup to see how much fitness I have gained since Adam Johnson 3miler which was a month ago. 


*Pictures are from 2007 Susan Komen 5k, which is the only previous time that I have ran the Komen race. I won in (15:31) just missing good friend Dave McCollams course record of (15:30) from 2004.
