Recap: Training the past 2 weeks has been very solid. The race has me a bit worried just because it helps the confidence so much more to see a strong result on paper rather then having to go through all the race excuses that comes with obviously badly marked/measured course plus a course that was much tougher then I expected especially the second half (total of 550ft of elevation gain throughout). Workouts have been strong and the race effort for the most part was good so I just got to trust fitness and know that my next race is all about place before trying to get a fast time at WV 5K to end my early summer racing. (Legs might be in need of some rest since I seem to be lacking finishing strength in races. I'm good for about 2/3 of all races right now)
Blogging Update: Moving forward I'm going to switch to a monthly training recap but also make individual race recaps. So less weekly training updating but more racing breakdown.
Day to day training can still be followed @ RunningAHEAD
