KC Loop so I could practice taking water/gel
Recap: I was dragging and not too excited to run most of this week. I attempted a long workout on Thursday and was far from recovered from the half marathon to go out there and try a long one. Thankfully Sunday was one of my smoothest steady 20milers ever, I ended the last 4mile loop not too far from MP so I can't call it a easy LR although it felt easy throughout. 4 weeks to go until the time of truth, time to run closer to my ability this go around with the Marathon.
